Bait Making

Bait crushing made simple, great for PVA bags and mesh parcels. Simply fill to the level with your chosen baits and rotate to crush, the grinding teeth make light work of the toughest baits, the more you grind the smaller the particles. Robust and easy to clean, make your crushed parcels on the bank rather than in the kitchen! Available in small or large to suit all types of bait, generally the small suits smaller pellets and paticles, the large suits big pellets, boilies and large particles like peanuts and tigers.

        

The 'Big Daddy' of them all, the Rolaball Baitmaster will roll enough bait to start a business, which is why Gardner supply so many specialist bait firms with Baitmasters of every size.

With a little practice you can produce about 80 baits at a stroke, perfectly formed and exactly to your specification. The top section is fitted with Easi-Grip handles and the base can be fixed to a board or work surface. Length=51cm (20"), Width=38cm (15"). Available from 10mm to 24mm.

    

Developed from the original Rolaball, the Longbase allows a longer 'stroke' when forming the baits for a nice, smooth, round finish every time.

Made from high impact A.B.S. with rubber feet to resist wear and tear, the Longbase will produce good quantities of bait and pay for itself in no time. Be sure to use the correct size sausage made from either a Rolling Table or a Sausage Gun. Available in sizes from 12mm to 24mm. Length=30cm, Width=15cm, Height=4cm.

    

By popular demand from the Tench and Barbel guys Gardner created the Mini Boilie Rolaball 8mm and now it has become a favourite with Carp anglers, especially for stalking. Includes its own sausage rolling table moulded on the back. Length=13cm, Width=11cm, Height=2.5cm.

  

This giant sausage-rolling table has been specifically designed to roll sausages for the entire range of Rolaball Baitmasters. It would seem that many people prefer a rolling table to a Sausage Gun, so here it is!

Easi-grip double handles. Capable of rolling sausages of 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 ,24 and 26mm.
Easi-click adjustment enables the fine tuning of problem mixes that vary in consistency.

Entry level Sausage Gun but with the ability to produce perfectly sized sausages for your Rolaball. Perfect for home bait making with small quantities. Quick and easy to use. Comes complete with 8 different sized nozzles which can be trimmed if required. Suitable for all but the hardest mixes. Capacity 300ml.

This big, metal Sausage Gun is the way to go if you intend to make larger quantities of bait. Like the Baitmaster tables, The Deluxe Sausage Gun is used by a number of specialist bait firms all around the world.

The trigger mechanism, plunger and push cam are all 'beefed up' to cope with regular or professional use and the tough metal barrel has a much larger capacity than the standard Sausage Gun. Comes complete with 8 different sized nozzles which can be trimmed if required. Capacity 600ml.

The same basic internals as the Deluxe Sausage Gun but with a different cam to provide lower gearing on the compression stroke makes the XT Gun much easier on the wrists - especially with those harder mixes.


A word of caution here; there is a practical limit to how hard a mix can be extruded through a gun, even a tough metal one. If you are having to squeeze the trigger too hard then the mix is too stiff and will be difficult to roll anyway. Capacity 600ml.
