Coarse Mould Accessories

An essential item for any budding lead makers.
Heavy duty sprung, faster than clamping a mould up in a vice and a lot less fiddly. A must have item for safe lead making

American Sized #4 swivels - roughly equivalent to a UK size 7 but with a larger inside diameter eye that fits perfectly over the Korda lead clips, arguably the most widely used clip in the UK and Europe. We have selected this particular swivel as it will sit parallel with the clip thereby ensuring that the clip won't 'open' during big chucks - something that ill fitting swivels will do. Standard UK size 8 swivels are not ideal for lead making and 'large eye' swivels are very expensive, this is by far the best choice for serious lead makers. A good alternative in a smaller pack size are our size 5 power swivels, see below.

A smaller pack size alternative to the 4's round eye swivels, the No 5 power swivels are a fraction longer in length and a (very slightly) thicker qauge, fit over Korda clips perfectly and have an approximate breaking strain of 295lb !

 

Rubber inserts for our range of inline moulds, 25 pieces per pack. Use in conjunction with the still inserts and our tapered rig sleeves to create the perfect anti tangle set up. Inline bomb pre-cut inserts. 25 pieces per pack
use in conjunction with the rubber inserts and tapered rig sleeves to create the perfect anti tangle set up! This comes out of the back of the lead and then the tail rubbers sit on it to create the perfect anti-tangle setup.

Weed green tapered rig sleeves to finish off your in line lead systems. The sleeve butts up against the back of the lead to give a flush finish and this stops wet braids from sticking and creating tangles. 10 sleeves per pack.

 

Rigid pvc tubing for all our in line moulds. 5 x 12" lengths per pack. These can be used for making longer stems for inline leads or using a whole/ part length as an anti tangle setup. Use in conjunction with our tapered rig sleeves to create the perfect tangle free set up. Can also be used for making anti tangle pike and sea booms.

Tapered Rig Sleeves. For use with the in-line moulds or just to finish off your anti-tangle rig to give you a perfect tangle free setup ! These soft, tapered rubber rig sleeves finish off the inline leads perfectly. Use in conjunction with the inline rubbers and rigid inserts.10 Per Pack, Colour: Green. For general lead making and for use in conjunction with the ever popular with korda lead clips. Slightly larger than a size 8 korda swivel to sit flat against the korda clip.These are finest quality american round eyed swivels and are perfect for general use as well as lead making! Matt Black Coated Brass loops in 3 pack sizes to suit our range of moulds. Can be used on all types of mould that take a loop and/or swivel, from 1 ounce to 6 ounces. Available in 50's, 250's and 1000's. 18 gauge brass now with matt black finish.

   

Spare clips for the backlead mould. Available in two pack sizes, packs of 10 or a bulk pack of 100.
Can be used on their own with cheap leads for making instant backleads.

Camouflage your leads to suit the conditions with these great coating powders. Easy to use with full instructions provided and available in 5 colours. The powders can be mixed to create your own blend to suit the waters you fish and they can be coated several times to achieve your desired finish. Approximately 1 lb in weight, they are supplied in a 1 litre tub with a sealed lid. One tub coats literally hundreds of leads.
