ESP PVA

20 & 25mm PVA Mesh Kits are ideal for producing Dynamite Sticks and include a Plunger. The Bait Tube has a slightly flared top to make filling easier and is moulded in a tough, durable polymer. The Plunger has a rubberoid handle for comfort and is graded in 25mm divisions to help produce uniform size packages and sticks up to 15cm (6") in length. The full kits of PVA Mesh, Bait Tube & Plunger fit neatly inside the convenient waterproof containers.

The larger diameter 32mm material is designed for making up less compacted, rounded bags of bait. It is supplied with a flexible moulded funnel which fits securely in place over the top of the bait tube and can be removed for convenient storage.

All ESP P.V.A. bags are coated with a neutral food grade powder to prevent them sticking together and to ensure they are easy to open.
The special P.V.A. film is tough & strong yet melts down without residue and most importantly, does so within the correct time frame. (Many thin film bags begin meltdown on descent and release the bait prematurely).

Plain Bags are suitable for use with oil based liquid additives and flavourings.
Perforated Bags have multiple small holes over their whole surface so pockets of air cannot remain trapped inside the bag. This makes them ideal for distance casting and ensures they sink rapidly in deep water.

This special ESP blend of PVA string has an extra loose weave which allows water to penetrate between the filaments ensuring rapid meltdown without residue. These strands can be further separated into finer lengths for even faster dispersal. To cover all requirements this PVA string is available in:

3 Ply Fine Best suited to short range and very low water temperatures.
6 Ply Medium A good, all round string for varying water temperatures. Capable of supporting 3-4 baits for castingup to 70 yards.
9 Ply Heavy Extremely strong. Will allow distance casting with very heavy stringers.
