The original mini spod. Perfectly suited for use on any modern carp rod, the Pocket Rocket weighs between 2 and 3 ounces (60-85g) when filled with bait and water. The superb aerodynamic design ensures it can be accurately cast an amazing distance for its size. The super-bouyant nose cone means that the Pocket Rocket deposits the bait and floats 'nose up', so it can also be used as a marker float. Simply fill with bait and top up with lake water to reduce 'spod spill' and to keep the weight consistent and balanced, guaranteeing a true and accurate flight (a very useful feature when it comes to gaining a high degree of accuracy when baiting up). The solid design, with no holes, enables attractive liquid additives to be used. Colour: Yellow

Pocket Rocket XL

The larger payload of the XL Pocket Rocket means that this spod is better suited for baiting up with larger quantities of bait. The XL retains the same aerodynamic properties of the original Pocket Rocket, ensuring remarkable casting stability and balance. Its tapered body is designed to ensure consistent bait release every time. Due to its larger size, this spod is ideal for longer range tactics if coupled with a more powerful rod. All Gardner Pocket Rockets float as a marker and can be clearly seen despite strong ripples and all can be used with liquid additives. Colour: Yellow
