TBR 2 Barbel Tripod

The U.K and Europes best selling dedicated Barbel fishing rest just got better this year!



We have now added an aluminium block to the top of the legs making the TBR2 almost
indestructable. Ultra light at a shade over 2lbs in weight, compact with locking legs and supplied
with a twin head and twin cups, this really is all you need to tackle all terrain.

Chunky 18mm outer legs with solid turned points that extend from approx' 3 ft to 6 ft, the pod can be
positioned as low as you would ever need to near vertical. Well over a thousand sold in its 3 year+ history
and not a single return or complaint ! As stable with one rod on as two, there is a single rod conversion
available for those that frequently only fish one rod.

Quite simply turns the twin rod into a single rod version, remove the twin top bar and the twin cups and replace with this single rod set.The top piece is fitted with a standard 3/8'' BSF thread to take any standard rod rest top.

     

Due to popular demand we have now added a dedicated single rod version of the TBR2 to our range.
Supplied with a single cup that can be positioned either side of the centre leg, and adjusted anywhere up the length of the leg. All parts from the TBR2 interchange with the TBR1 and it can be converted back into a two rod, all spares readily available.
(rod rest head not included but available separately)

     

A narrower set of cups than supplied with the TBR2 for those that like to splay the rod tips apart rather than having them parallel.
(approx 10'' wide, regular cups 12'' wide)
Only available in natural aluminium finish.

Self levelling swingrests, available in singles, are the perfect companions for your TBR2 or TBR1.
High sides coupled with a deep line drop mean they are very resistant to strong currents and high winds
so your rods stay in the rest, even on violent takes.

They are also weighted so when the rod is placed in
them, it angles to suit how the rest is set up.

Spare twin rod bar to fit the newer Mk2 version, original version is also still available on request.
This twin bar can also be used to convert the TBR1 single rod tripod into a 2 rod.
Matching double cups also available.

A spare/ Replacement set of cups on the twin bar.
Will fit either the Mk2 or Original TBR2 and can also
be used to convert the TBR1 into a 2 rod rest.

This is the lower block that locks the legs together on the TBR2.
If you are converting a TBR1 into a 2 rod rest you will not need to buy
this, just the twin cups on the bar. The block fits both the TBR2
Mk2 and Original versions.

 

Spare plastic locking collars, used on the bottom block to keep the
twin cups in place. Also used on the original TBR2 for locking the twin rod
top bar on. Supplied in Pairs.

Replacement thumbscrew & nut set for the lower block on TBR1 + Mk2,
plus this was also used on the top block on the Original TBR2.
Supplied as a set, 1 of each.
