Personal cheques may take up to five working days for clearance before goods can be dispatched. | Shipping And Handling For most small items we will generally send to you by first class Royal Mail recorded delivery. Larger items will be sent by courier to your door and will require a signature on delivery. |
| Delivery Schedule Prices quoted are for U.K Mainland only - Customers from the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Shetland Isles, Guernsey, Jersey should contact us first for rates as remote area surcharges may apply. All Offshore locations and Southern Ireland should contact us first for postal rates, as should ALL Overseas Customers. We reserve the right to refuse any orders that are not being delivered to U.K Mainland destinations. We will get your order to you as quickly as possible. Goods will be dispatched where possible the same day as the order is placed. Delivery costs are combined to give the cheapest possible rate. Should a pricing error occur, we will refund the difference either by your payment method or in goods to the value to give you the fairest rate applicable. Most small/lightweight deliveries will be sent by royal mail recorded delivery which requires a signature on delivery/collection. Larger orders will be dispatched by courier and will also require a signature. Deliveries up to a maximum combined weight of 20 kilo's will normally be a maximum of £ 7.99 cost in one single box/parcel/tube. Should you require your delivery to be in seperate parcels for any reason, the carriage charge will apply to each parcel. Orders sent by courier are normally dispatched on a next working day service, delivery is Monday to Friday, we DO NOT OFFER A SATURDAY DELIVERY SERVICE. If the courier cannot leave your parcel and no one is in to sign for it, they will leave a card with a contact number on so you can arrange a suitable time to be in. They will not leave the parcel without a signature. |
